Anonymized and/or Aggregated Data definition

Anonymized and/or Aggregated Data means information relating to the Disclosing Party or its Related Parties (or, in the case of Client, its customers) received or generated by the Receiving Party in connection with the provision or receipt of the Services under the Agreement and in respect of which all personal identifiers have been removed, and/or which has been aggregated with other data, in both cases such that the data cannot identify the Disclosing Party, its Affiliates or Related Parties or their respective customers or Representatives, or a natural person;

Related to Anonymized and/or Aggregated Data

  • Anonymized Data means any Customer Data, from which all identifying information has been removed so that the individual data or information of a customer cannot be associated with that customer without extraordinary effort.

  • Aggregated Data means any Customer Data the Company assembles and compiles into an aggregated data set from multiple individuals, residences, tenants or commercial buildings.

  • Compliance Aggregation Area or “CAA” shall mean a geographic area of Zones or sub-Zones that are electrically-contiguous and experience for the relevant Delivery Year, based on Resource Clearing Prices of, for Delivery Years through May 31, 2018, Annual Resources and for the 2018/2019 Delivery Year and subsequent Delivery Years, Capacity Performance Resources, the same locational price separation in the Base Residual Auction, the same locational price separation in the First Incremental Auction, the same locational price separation in the Second Incremental Auction, or the same locational price separation in the Third Incremental Auction.

  • Required Aggregation Group means: (i) each qualified plan of the Employer in which at least one Key Employee participates at any time during the Determination Period; and (ii) any other qualified plan of the Employer which enables a plan described in clause (i) to meet the requirements of Code Section 401(a)(4) or of Code Section 410.

  • Permissive Aggregation Group means the Required Aggregation Group of plans plus any other plan or plans of the Employer which, when considered as a group with the Required Aggregation Group, would continue to satisfy the requirements of Code Sections 401(a)(4) and 410.

  • Data Aggregation shall have the meaning given to such term under the HIPAA Privacy 32 Rule in 45 CFR § 164.501.

  • Simplified and/or aggregate billing arrangement means a billing arrangement providing additional medical gap benefits.

  • Non-Administrator Substance Use Disorder Treatment Facility means a Substance Use Disorder Treatment Facility that does not meet the definition of an Administrator Substance Use Disorder Treatment Facility.

  • Public Software means any Software that contains, or is derived in any manner (in whole or in part) from, any software that is distributed as free software, open source software (e.g., Linux) or similar licensing or distribution models, including, without limitation, software licensed or distributed under any of the following licenses or distribution models, or licenses or distribution models similar to any of the following: (A) GNU’s General Public License (GPL) or Lesser/Library GPL (LGPL), (B) the Artistic License (e.g., PERL), (C) the Mozilla Public License, (D) the Netscape Public License, (E) the Sun Community Source License (SCSL), (F) the Sun Industry Standards License (SISL), (G) the BSD License, and (H) the Apache License.

  • Government energy aggregation program means a program and

  • Aggregation Group means either a Required Aggregation Group or a Permissive Aggregation Group as hereinafter determined.

  • Computed tomography means the production of a tomogram by the acquisition and computer processing of X-ray transmission data.

  • Qualified Census Tract means any Census tract which is designated by the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development as having 50 percent or more of the households at an income level which is less than 60 percent of the Area Gross Median Income in accordance with Section 42(d)(5) of the Code.

An example is a pipe in which waste acid is neutralized.

  • Qualified wages means wages you paid during the one-year period beginning with the date an ex-offender begins working for you. Only wages that are subject to unemployment tax under IRC Section 3306 qualify. This includes amounts in excess of the maximum taxable wage. Wages paid during any period for which you received federally funded payments for on-the-job training for the ex-offender do not qualify.

  • Automatic Location Identification Gateway or "ALI Gateway" is a computer facility into which CLEC delivers Automatic Location Identification (ALI) data for CLEC Customers. Access to the ALI Gateway will be via a dial-up modem using a common protocol. "Automatic Number Identification" or "ANI" is the Billing telephone number associated with the access line from which a call originates. ANI and Calling Party Number (CPN) usually are the same number. "Automatic Route Selection" or "ARS" is a service feature that provides for automatic selection of the least expensive or most appropriate transmission facility for each call based on criteria programmed into a circuit Switch routing table or system.

  • Subsidized Xxxxxxxx Loan means a Loan for which the interest rate is governed by Section 427A(a) or 427A(d) of the Higher Education Act.

  • Applicable Wages means the basic straight time wages for all hours worked, including:

  • Weather Normalized Site EUI means the amount of Energy that would have been used by a property under 30-year average temperatures, accounting for the difference between average temperatures and yearly fluctuations.

  • System Emergency has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

  • Embryo/fetus means the developing human organism from conception until the time of birth.
