Weather Normalized Site EUI means the amount of Energy that would have been used by a property under 30-year average temperatures, accounting for the difference between average temperatures and yearly fluctuations.
Weather Normalized Site EUI means the amount of Energy that would have been used by a property under 30-year average temperatures, accounting for the difference between average temperatures and yearly fluctuations; andWHEREAS, this Local Policy is applicable to all Covered Municipal Buildings as defined in item (D) above of this Local Policy; andWHEREAS, the Commissioner may exempt a particular Covered Municipal Building from the benchmarking requirement if the Commissioner determines that it has characteristics that make benchmarking impractical; andWHEREAS, no later than December 31, 2016, and no later than May 1 every year thereafter, the Commissioner or his or her designee shall enter into Portfolio Manager the total Energy consumed by each Covered Municipal Building, along with all other descriptive information required by Portfolio Manager for the previous calendar year; andWHEREAS, for new Covered Municipal Buildings that have not accumulated 12 months of Energy use data by the first applicable date following occupancy for inputting Energy use into the Portfolio Manager, the Commissioner or his or her designee shall begin imputing data in the following year; andWHEREAS, the Department shall make available to the public on the internet Benchmarking Information for the previous calendar year:(a) No later than December 31, 2016 and by September 1 of each year thereafter for Covered Municipal Buildings; and WHEREAS, the Department shall make available to the public on the internet and update at least annually, the following Benchmarking Information:(a) Summary statistics on Energy consumption for Covered Municipal Buildings derived from aggregation of Benchmarking Information; and(b) For each Covered Municipal Building individually:

  • Network Availability means the capability of the equipment to resume functions after a remotely initiated trigger has been detected by a network port;

Reference evapotranspiration is used as the basis of determining the Maximum Applied Water Allowances.

  • Standard Methods for the Examination of Water and Wastewater means the most recent edition of Standard Methods for the Examination of Water and Wastewater published jointly by the American Public Health Association, the American Waterworks Association and the Water Environment Federation;

  • Mis-procurement means public procurement in contravention of any provision of Sindh Public Procurement Act, 2010, any rule, regulation, order or instruction made thereunder or any other law in respect thereof, or relating to, public procurement;

  • Sole source procurement means a procurement without competition pursuant to a determination under Subsection 63G-6a-802(1)(a) that there is only one source for the procurement item.

  • Non-potable water means water not safe for drinking, personal, or culinary use as determined by the requirements of 35 Ill. Adm. Code 604.

  • Evaporative emissions means the hydrocarbon vapours lost from the fuel system of a motor vehicle other than those from exhaust emissions;

  • Single Source means an individual, partnership, corporation, association, labor organization, or any other organization or group of persons which is not a political committee or political party.

  • Mitigation Measures means “mitigation measures” as defined in subsection 2(1) of the Canadian Environmental Assessment Act, 2012.

  • Diameter at breast height (dbh) means the diameter of a tree at 4 1/2 feet above the ground measured from the uphill side.

  • Structural component means a component that supports non-variable forces or weights (dead loads) and variable forces or weights (live loads).

  • Disinfection profile means a summary of daily Giardia lamblia inactivation through the treatment plant. The procedure for developing a disinfection profile is contained in s. NR 810.34.
