Antenna Facilities definition

Antenna Facilities means facilities necessary to operate Wireless Telecommunications Facilities (as hereinafter defined), including, without limitation, radio transmitting and receiving antenna, panel antenna, rooftop and building mounted equipment, microwave dishes, equipment shelters and/or cabinets, Distributed Antenna System Nodes or Small Cell Sites, related cables and utility lines, and a location-based system, as such location-based system may be required by any county, state, or federal agency/department, including without limitation, additional antenna(s), coaxial cable, base units, and other associated equipment.
Antenna Facilities has the meaning set forth in the Long-Term Master License Agreement.
Antenna Facilities shall consist solely of the following elements, as they may be amended in accordance with Section 6.8: Exhibit G, Page 1

Examples of Antenna Facilities in a sentence

  • The Antenna Facilities shall remain the exclusive property of Tenant and shall not be considered fixtures.

  • Upon the relocation of the Antenna Facilities, all references in this Agreement to the Premises shall be deemed to be references to the New Location.

  • Notwithstanding anything contained to the contrary herein, in no event shall Licensee be required to relocate the Antenna Facilities more than once in any ten (10) year time period during the Term of this Agreement.

  • The relocation of the Antenna Facilities to the New Location shall not cause the amounts payable under this Agreement to be abated or increased.

  • If any tower or other support structure for Tenant’s Antenna Facilities is owned by Landlord, Landlord acknowledges that Landlord shall be responsible for compliance with all marking and lighting requirements of the Federal Aviation Administration and the FCC.

  • Said drawings shall be accompanied by a complete inventory of all equipment and Antenna Facilities.

  • In the event that the New Location is not reasonably acceptable to Licensee, (in Licensee’s sole and absolute discretion), for the operation of its Antenna Facilities, Licensee shall have the right to terminate this Agreement upon thirty (30) days prior written notice to the Village.

  • If the Premises, any Easements or Antenna Facilities are taken or condemned by power of eminent domain or other governmental taking, then: (a) Tenant shall be entitled to negotiate, compromise, receive and retain all awards attributable to (i) the Antenna Facilities, (ii) Tenant’s leasehold interest in the Property, (iii) any moving or relocation benefit available to Tenant and (iv) any other award available to Tenant that is not attributable to Landlord’s title to or interest in the Property.

  • Licensee shall operatethe Antenna Facilities in a manner that will not cause physical, mechanical, radio frequency or signal interference to Village and other licensees of the Property, provided that such other licensees' installation predates the installation of the Antenna Facility and provided that this prior installation may be reasonably expanded, repaired, maintained, upgraded and replaced pursuant to those agreements which predate this Agreement.

  • The Publics comprise both the external and internal organisations and individuals to whom the policies, programmes and issues to be discussed at the conference, workshop or seminar are relevant.

Related to Antenna Facilities

  • Facilities means the Plant and Equipment to be supplied and installed, as well as all the Installation Services to be carried out by the Contractor under the Contract.
