Antenna Facilities definition

Antenna Facilities means facilities necessary to operate Wireless Telecommunications Facilities (as hereinafter defined), including, without limitation, radio transmitting and receiving antenna, panel antenna, rooftop and building mounted equipment, microwave dishes, equipment shelters and/or cabinets, Distributed Antenna System Nodes or Small Cell Sites, related cables and utility lines, and a location-based system, as such location-based system may be required by any county, state, or federal agency/department, including without limitation, additional antenna(s), coaxial cable, base units, and other associated equipment.
Antenna Facilities has the meaning set forth in the Long-Term Master License Agreement.
Antenna Facilities shall consist solely of the following elements, as they may be amended in accordance with Section 6.8: Exhibit G, Page 1

Examples of Antenna Facilities in a sentence

  • The Antenna Facilities shall remain the exclusive property of Tenant and shall not be considered fixtures.

  • The relocation of the Antenna Facilities to the New Location shall not cause the amounts payable under this Agreement to be abated or increased.

  • Upon the relocation of the Antenna Facilities, all references in this Agreement to the Premises shall be deemed to be references to the New Location.

  • Notwithstanding anything contained to the contrary herein, in no event shall Licensee be required to relocate the Antenna Facilities more than once in any ten (10) year time period during the Term of this Agreement.

  • If any tower or other support structure for Tenant’s Antenna Facilities is owned by Landlord, Landlord acknowledges that Landlord shall be responsible for compliance with all marking and lighting requirements of the Federal Aviation Administration and the FCC.

  • In the event that the New Location is not reasonably acceptable to Licensee, (in Licensee’s sole and absolute discretion), for the operation of its Antenna Facilities, Licensee shall have the right to terminate this Agreement upon thirty (30) days prior written notice to the Village.

  • If the Premises or Antenna Facilities are damaged or destroyed by wind, fire or other casualty, Tenant shall be entitled to negotiate, compromise, receive and retain all proceeds of Tenant’s insurance and other claims and Tenant may terminate the Lease by written notice to Landlord.

  • Landlord hereby waives any and all lien rights it may have concerning the Antenna Facilities.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Tenant shall reimburse Landlord for any personal property tax paid for by Landlord which is solely and directly attributable to the presence or installation of Tenant’s Antenna Facilities during the Term.

  • These General Terms and Conditions shall apply to any delivery from MacArtney to any third party if not otherwise agreed.

Related to Antenna Facilities

  • Generating Facilities means Interconnection Customer’s device for the production and/or storage for later injection of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities.

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.

  • Production Facilities (7 9) means "production equipment" and specially designed software therefor integrated into installations for "development" or for one or more phases of "production".

  • Generating Facility means the Generating Unit(s) comprising Seller’s power plant, as more particularly described in Section 1.02 and Exhibit B, including all other materials, equipment, systems, structures, features and improvements necessary to produce electric energy and thermal energy, excluding the Site, land rights and interests in land.

  • Idle facilities means completely unused facilities that are excess to the governmental unit's current needs.

  • Existing Facilities means all existing buildings and other facilities, the sites for the buildings or facilities, and furnishings or equipment for the buildings or facilities located on real property acquired by the building authority under the terms of this act.

  • New Facilities means facilities for which, by the cut-off date, neither of the following events has occurred:

  • Railroad facilities means right of way and related

  • Related facilities means any manager's units and any and all common area spaces that are included within the physical boundaries of the housing development, including, but not limited to, common area space, walkways, balconies, patios, clubhouse space, meeting rooms, laundry facilities, and parking areas that are exclusively available to residential users, except any portions of the overall development that are specifically commercial space.

  • Wastewater Facilities means the structures, equipment, and processes required to collect, carry away, and treat domestic and industrial wastes and dispose of the effluent.

  • Other Facilities means athletic stadiums, swimming pools, any associated structures or related equipment tied to such facilities including, but not limited to, grandstands and night field lights, greenhouses, facilities used for non-instructional or non-educational purposes, and any structure, building, or facility used solely for school administration;

  • Public facilities means amenities that are—

  • Common Facilities means the facilities under D.G.sets/D.G.rooms, water storage tanks its pumping and supply system, sewerage & drainage systems, electric sub-station/ transformers/electric panels/distribution network, maintenance service rooms, lawns including lighting & services etc., roads, pathways & driveways including street lighting & services etc., guard posts, fire hydrants & fire fighting system etc. and all such facilities and areas for common use and excluded from the computation of Super Area of the Said Premises;

  • Facilities means any and all real property (including all buildings, fixtures or other improvements located thereon) now, hereafter or heretofore owned, leased, operated or used by Company or any of its Subsidiaries or any of their respective predecessors or Affiliates.

  • Project Facilities means all the amenities and facilities situated on the Site, as described in Schedule-C;

  • Generation Interconnection Facilities Study means a Facilities Study related to a Generation Interconnection Request.

  • Shared Facilities means the gen-tie lines, transformers, substations, or other equipment, permits, contract rights, and other assets and property (real or personal), in each case, as necessary to enable delivery of energy from the Facility (which is excluded from Shared Facilities) to the point of interconnection, including the Interconnection Agreement itself, that are used in common with third parties.

  • Vending facility means automatic vending machines, cafeterias, snack bars, cart service, shelters, counters, and such other appropriate auxiliary equipment which may be operated by licensed managers and which is necessary for the sale of newspapers, periodicals, confections, tobacco products, foods, beverages, and other articles or services dispensed automatically or manually and prepared on or off the premises in accordance with all applicable health laws and including the vending or exchange of chances for any lottery authorized by State Law and conducted by an agency of a State within such State.   • Parking Facilities means parking lots or other off-street areas for the parking of vehicles, including areas below or above the surface of streets.

  • Common Areas and Facilities means collectively the Development Common Areas and Facilities and the Residential Common Areas and Facilities and all those parts and such of the facilities of the Development designated as common areas and facilities in any Sub-Deed;

  • Communication Facilities means video, video-conferencing, internet or online conferencing applications, telephone or tele-conferencing and/or any other video-communications, internet or online conferencing application or telecommunications facilities by means of which all Persons participating in a meeting are capable of hearing and being heard by each other;

  • Electrical Interconnection Facilities means the equipment and facilities required to safely and reliably interconnect a Facility to the transmission system of the Transmitting Utility, including the collection system between each Bloom System, transformers and all switching, metering, communications, control and safety equipment, including the facilities described in any applicable Interconnection Agreement.

  • Transportation Facilities means any physical facility that moves or assist in the movement of people or goods including facilities identified in OAR 660-012-0020 but excluding electricity, sewage, and water systems.

  • Transmission Facilities shall have the meaning set forth in the Operating Agreement.

  • LNG facility means a terminal which is used for the liquefaction of natural gas or the importation, offloading, and re-gasification of LNG, and includes ancillary services and temporary storage necessary for the re-gasification process and subsequent delivery to the transmission system, but does not include any part of LNG terminals used for storage;

  • Authorized Facilities means the public facilities authorized to be financed, in whole or in part, by the CFD.
