Anticipation Notes definition

Anticipation Notes means the following Municipal Bonds: revenue anticipation notes, tax anticipation notes, tax and revenue anticipation notes, grant anticipation notes and bond anticipation notes.

Anticipation Notes means Tax Anticipation Notes (TANs), Revenue Anticipation Notes (RANs), Tax and Revenue Anticipation Notes (TRANs), Grant Anticipation Notes (GANs) that are rated by S&P and Bond Anticipation Notes (BANs) that are rated by S&P.

Anticipation Notes means the following Municipal Obligations: tax anticipation notes, revenue anticipation notes and tax and revenue anticipation notes.

Examples of Anticipation Notes in a sentence

• For purposes of this provision, Tax-exempt Notes shall include such securities as Tax Anticipation Notes, Revenue Anticipation Notes, Bond Anticipation Notes, Construction Loan Notes, and Tax-exempt commercial paper.
