The Issuer shall 1) hold proceeds in a special and irrevocable fund, 2) invest proceeds only in cash or direct obligations of the United States, and3) apply proceeds and earnings only in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Resolution and to pay principal and interest on the Refunded Notes when due.
