Antisocial Activities definition

Antisocial Activities means, collectively, (i) making violent demands; (ii) making wrongful demands beyond legal liability; (iii) engaging in threatening or violent behavior in relation to transactions; (iv) damaging the trust of parties to a transaction or obstructing business by spreading rumors or using fraudulent means or force; and (v) any other actions equivalent to items (i) through (iv).
Antisocial Activities means a culpable act such as an administrative delict. Under Act No. 583/2008 Coll. on the prevention of crime and other antisocial activities, as amended, antisocial activities are deemed to be any conduct which does not constitute an administrative delict but has an adverse effect on society.

Related to Antisocial Activities

  • Commercial Activities means activities conducted on a commercial basis.

  • School activities means any activity sponsored by the school including, but not limited to, classroom work, library activities, physical education classes, official assemblies and other similar gatherings, school athletic contests, band concerts, school plays and other theatrical productions, and in-school lunch periods.

Extracurricular activities include, but are not limited to, preparation for and involvement in public performances, contests, athletic competitions, demonstrations, displays, and club activities.

  • criminal activity means any kind of criminal involvement in the commission of the following serious crimes:

  • Agricultural activities means agricultural uses and practices including, but not limited to: Producing, breeding, or increasing agricultural products; rotating and changing agricultural crops; allowing land used for agricultural activities to lie fallow in which it is plowed and tilled but left unseeded; allowing land used for agricultural activities to lie dormant as a result of adverse agricultural market conditions; allowing land used for agricultural activities to lie dormant because the land is enrolled in a local, state, or federal conservation program, or the land is subject to a conservation easement; conducting agricultural operations; maintaining, repairing, and replacing agricultural equipment; maintaining, repairing, and replacing agricultural facilities, provided that the replacement facility is no closer to the shoreline than the original facility; and maintaining agricultural lands under production or cultivation;

  • Racketeering activity means to commit, to attempt to commit, to conspire to commit, or to solicit, coerce, or intimidate another person to commit:

  • Drug-related criminal activity means the illegal manufacture, sale, distribution, use, or possession with intent to manufacture, sell, distribute, or use of a controlled substance (as defined in Section 102 or the Controlled Substance Act [21 U.S.C. 802]).

  • Licensed clinical social worker means an individual who meets the licensed clinical social worker requirements established in KRS 335.100.

  • Corrupt activities means any corrupt activities as contemplated in the Prevention and Combating of Corrupt Activities Act 2004 (Act no. 12 of 2004)

  • Curricular activity means an activity, course, or program that is:

  • Competitive Activities means any business activities in which the Company or any other member of the Company Group engage (or have committed plans to engage) during the Term of Employment, or, following termination of Employee’s employment hereunder, was engaged in business (or had committed plans to engage) at the time of such termination of employment.

  • Environmental Activities means the use, generation, transportation, handling, discharge, production, treatment, storage, release or disposal of any Hazardous Materials at any time to or from any portion of the Premises or located on or present on or under any portion of the Premises.

  • Commercial sexual activity means any sex act on account of which anything of value is given to, promised to, or received by any person.
