API Licence definition

API Licence. The agreement between the Customer and CoolCare which governs use of, and access to the CoolCare API as provided at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇/guides and forming part of this Agreement.

Examples of API Licence in a sentence

  • The user ID is the property of PayPal and may be immediately revoked or terminated by PayPal if you share the same with any third party, or otherwise breach this API Licence.

  • You shall comply with the PayPal Documentation in connection with the integration and use of APIs. You shall keep all user ID, passwords and other access codes pertaining to the Services and API Licence confidential and secure from all unauthorised persons.

  • Company shall not use the API Items contrary to the terms of the API Licence, or otherwise in a way that is not expressly permitted by this Agreement.

  • The CoolCare API may only be accessed or utilised subject to the terms of the API Licence and may only be used with any Customer Application to the extent expressly permitted in writing by CoolCare.

  • The Bank’s prior written consent will be formalised by entering into a new Order Form which shall record the terms of the appointment of the new Permitted User (including the specific terms of the API Licence and Restrictions on Use) and shall be signed electronically by the parties (“Additional API Order”).

Related to API Licence

  • Supply Licence means the licence granted to us under section 6(1)(d) of the Act;

  • licence means a licence granted under this Act;

  • the Licence means the Instrument of Appointment by the Secretary of State for the Environment of Severn Trent Water Limited as a Water and Sewerage Undertaker under the Water Act 1989;

  • Sub-Licensee means all person/ agency with whom Licensee has executed sub license agreement as per terms and conditions of license agreement executed between DMRC and the Licensee, for commercial utilization of the Bare Spaces.
