Supply Licence definition

Supply Licence means the licence granted to us under section 6(1)(d) of the Act;
Supply Licence means a supply licence granted or treated as granted under section 6(1)(d) of the Act.
Supply Licence means a licence granted, or treated as granted, pursuant to Section 6(1)(d) of the Act.

Examples of Supply Licence in a sentence

  • The powers specified in paragraph 4 may not be exercised in relation to any cancellable generating unit agreement in the table appearing in Annex 4 of the NIE Energy Supply Licence earlier than the date appearing opposite that cancellable generating unit agreement in that table.

  • The Authority may, in relation to any cancellable generating unit agreement and upon the application of either party to that cancellable generating unit agreement, modify the table appearing in Annex 4 of the NIE Energy Supply Licence by substituting a later date for the date appearing opposite that agreement in that table.

  • The Agreement will terminate immediately if our Supply Licence is withdrawn or a last resort supply direction is made in relation to the Supply Points in favour of another supplier in accordance with standard condition 8 of their supply licence.

  • EDF Energy is a Mandatory FIT Licensee under Standard Condition 33 of the Supply Licence.

  • Metering Equipment that meets the requirements of this Code of Practice is also applicable where the Registrant is required by its Supply Licence (and as referenced in Section L 3.2.6) to install Metering Equipment that is capable of providing measured electricity consumption data for multiple periods (at least half hourly) and providing the Registrant with remote access to such data.


More Definitions of Supply Licence

Supply Licence means a licence to supply electricity granted under the Order to Northern Ireland Electricity plc and transferred to NII Energy Limited on 1 November 2007 pursuant to a scheme made pursuant to the Electricity Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2007;
