Appeal Form definition

Appeal Form means the form a Trainee may choose to use to submit an appeal for a Work- based Assessment or the OSCE. You can submit your appeal through the ‘My College’ area of the website once you login.
Appeal Form means the form entitled “Appeal Form” appended to this Distribution Plan;

  • Normal form means a monthly annuity which is one twelfth of the amount of the member’s accrued benefit which is payable for the member’s life.
