Applicable Cash Dividend Amount definition

Applicable Cash Dividend Amount means in respect of an Ex Dividend Amount, the net cash dividend per Underlying Share that becomes payable to a Qualified Investor for such Ex Dividend Amount net of any cost, expenses and withholding taxes applicable to a Qualified Investor in connection with the receipt of such Ex Dividend Amount.
