Applicable DART Rate Fee Adjustment definition

Applicable DART Rate Fee Adjustment means, with respect to any calendar year, (a) an increase of 0.50 basis points if the DART Rate in the relevant Pricing Certificate is greater than the DART Rate Threshold for such calendar year, (b) no reduction or increase if the DART Rate in the relevant Pricing Certificate is less than or equal to the DART Rate Threshold for such calendar year and greater than or equal to the DART Rate Target for such calendar year, and (c) a reduction of 0.50 basis points, if the DART Rate in the relevant Pricing Certificate is less than the DART Rate Target for such calendar year.
