If this Agreement is signed by more than one person and/or entity as an Applicant, this Agreement and the Applications shall be the joint and several agreement of all such persons and/or entities and that all references to "Applicant" or "Applicant's" in this Agreement and the Applications shall refer to all such persons and/or entities jointly and severally.

In addition, the Applicant agrees that the Club shall not be liable for any personal property of Applicant or Applicant's family or guests, which is lost or stolen at the Club facilities.
Except as may otherwise be explicitly required or permitted under this Agreement or as may be explicitly requested by the Bank, in sharing any information, report or document related to the activities described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement, the Recipient shall ensure that such information, report or document does not include Personal Data.
