Applicant definition

Applicant shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 5.10.

Applicant means an investor who is eligible to participate in the scheme and who is not a minor and shall include the alternate applicant mentioned in the application form.

Applicant shall also include the Applicant’s assigns and successors-in-interest as approved according to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of this Agreement.

• If the property to be served does not have dedicated, recorded public Utility easements available for Utility's use in providing water and/or sewer Utility service to the property, the Applicant (or the Applicant's landlord in the case of a Tenant Applicant) shall be required to provide Utility with a suitable recorded easement as a condition of service.

• If the services of a registered professional engineer are required as a result of an application for service to that Applicant only, Utility and the Applicant will select such engineer, and Applicant shall bear all expense incurred therein.

More Definitions of Applicant

Applicant means a person who has made an application; “application” means an application for a reduction under this scheme;

Applicant means any entity or person making an application to the City for action requiring City Council or other City agency approval. The applicant does not include owners and parent companies.
