Application Provider means the entity licensing the Application to you, as identified in the Windows Phone Marketplace. If the Application is provided by Microsoft, then the Application Provider is Microsoft (or based on where you live, one of its affiliates). If you comply with these license terms, you have the rights below.
Application Provider means an individual or entity that is engaged substantially in the provision of products, services, caching or solutions which are transmitted over the Internet.
