Application Provider definition

Application Provider means MTAB Enterprises, LLC, the owner and operator of the Licensed Application and the licensor of this Xxxxx IQ Licensed Application, having its principal offices at 0000 X Xxxxxxxx Xx, Xxxxx X-000, Xxxxxxxx, XX 00000.
Application Provider means an individual or entity that is engaged substantially in the provision of products, services, caching or solutions which are transmitted over the Internet.
Application Provider means the entity licensing the Application to you, as identified in the Windows Phone Marketplace. If the Application is provided by Microsoft, then the Application Provider is Microsoft (or based on where you live, one of its affiliates).
