Applications, etc. definition

Applications, etc. means applications for patent rights, utility model rights, trademark rights and design rights, applications for registration of establishment for layout-design exploitation rights, applications for variety registration for breeder’s rights, and applications, registrations, and applications (including provisional applications) for rights equivalent to the aforementioned rights in foreign countries.

  • Maintain and continually enhance DIR’s and DIR Customers’ Disaster Recovery plans throughout the term of the Agreement, including enhancements required due to the introduction and use of new technologies (Equipment, Software, Applications, etc.), Resource Units, processes, business functions, locations, and priorities.

Related to Applications, etc.

  • Application area means the area where the coating is applied by spraying, dipping, or flow coating techniques.
