Approval to Energize definition

Approval to Energize means the date on which an EDC has determined that a Project has provided sufficient proof that the Project has satisfied all of the necessary conditions precedent to energize the Project.
Approval to Energize has the meaning outlined in the respective EDC’s Interconnection Agreement;

  • Customer shall not interconnect or commence parallel operation of the Generation Facility until written Approval to Energize the Generation Facility under Part 6 of these Interconnection Standards has been provided by the Utility.

  • BILLING PRACTICESThe following net billing provisions shall apply to net consumption of energy by a Customer whose Generating Facility is eligible for Interconnection under Part 1, Section 3 of this Standard and has received Approval to Energize under Part 7 of this Standard.

  • All AE/SAE must be monitored until they are adequately resolved or explained, including submission of follow-up reports to the sponsor or designee as soon as the information becomes available.

  • The Compensation Structure cannot be modified, either before or after the system receives Approval to Energize from the utility.

  • If the Approval to Energize letter is not issued by such date, the EDC’s twenty-year purchase commitment will immediately and automatically terminate.

  • If the Customer of Record chooses to redesignate the Tariff Payment Beneficiary at any time after the project has received an Approval to Energize letter, an administrative fee, as noted in the most current version of the Program Rules, as may be amended from time to time, will be charged each time such request is made.

  • Development Consent means the consent granted to the Development Application for the Development and includes all modifications made under section 4.55 of the Act.

  • CPUC Approval means a final and non-appealable order of the CPUC, without conditions or modifications unacceptable to the Parties, or either of them, which contains the following terms:

  • Annual Energy Use means, (i) with respect to the first 5 years following the Effective Date, the annual electricity usage, expressed in kilowatt hours (“kWhs”), within the Party’s respective jurisdiction and (ii) with respect to the period after the fifth anniversary of the Effective Date, the annual electricity usage, expressed in kWhs, of accounts within a Party’s respective jurisdiction that are served by the Authority and (b) “Total Annual Energy” means the sum of all Parties’ Annual Energy Use. The initial values for Annual Energy use are designated in Exhibit C, and shall be adjusted annually as soon as reasonably practicable after January 1, but no later than March 1 of each year

  • Approval Date means the date on which the Plan is approved by the Company’s stockholders.

  • Drug therapy management means the review of a drug therapy regimen of a patient by one or more pharmacists for the purpose of evaluating and rendering advice to one or more practitioners regarding adjustment of the regimen.

  • Contact therapy system means a therapeutic radiation machine with a short target to skin distance (TSD), usually less than five centimeters.

  • Physical Therapy Compact Commission or "commission" means the national administrative body whose membership consists of all states that have enacted the compact.

  • Application Approval Date means the date that the Application is approved by the Board of Trustees of the District and as further identified in Section 2.3.B of this Agreement.

  • Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study means a study conducted by the Transmission Provider (in coordination with the affected Transmission Owner(s)) in accordance with Tariff, Part IV, section 36.2.

  • Physical therapy licensing board or "licensing board" means the agency of a state that is responsible for the licensing and regulation of physical therapists and physical therapist assistants.

  • MAA Approval means approval by the EMEA of a marketing authorization application (“MAA”) filed with the EMEA for the applicable Licensed Product under the centralized European procedure. If the centralized EMEA filing procedure is not used, MAA Approval shall be achieved upon the first Approval for the applicable Licensed Product in any two of the following countries: France, Germany, Italy, Spain or the United Kingdom.

  • Interconnection Feasibility Study means either a Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study or Transmission Interconnection Feasibility Study.

  • Renewable energy means the grid quality electricity generated from renewable energy sources;

  • Pre-approval means written notification via a pre-approval letter to Customer that Ameren Illinois has reviewed Customer's Application and determined that the project meets the program eligibility requirements for a maximum pre-approved incentive amount if the project is completed by the estimated completion date and all final application paperwork is submitted and approved.

  • Renewable energy resources means energy derived from solar, wind, geothermal, biomass, and hydroelectricity. A fuel cell using hydrogen derived from these eligible resources is also an eligible electric generation technology. Fossil and nuclear fuels and their derivatives are not eligible resources.

  • Renewable Resources means one of the following sources of energy: solar, wind, tidal, geothermal, biomass, hydroelectric facilities or digester gas.

  • Capitol hill complex means the grounds and buildings within the area bounded by 300 North Street, Columbus Street, 500 North Street, and East Capitol Boulevard in Salt Lake City.

  • Campus means any place where the college conducts or sponsors educational, public service, or research activities.

  • Clean coal technology demonstration project means a project using funds appropriated under the heading “Department of Energy—Clean Coal Technology,” up to a total amount of $2,500,000,000 for commercial demonstration of clean coal technology, or similar projects funded through appropriations for the Environmental Protection Agency. The federal contribution for a qualifying project shall be at least 20 percent of the total cost of the demonstration project.

  • Final Approval Date means the date on which the Court enters the Final Order and Judgment.

  • Useful thermal energy means, with regard to a cogeneration unit, thermal energy that is:

  • MP means Monongahela Power Company, an Ohio corporation.

  • IRB approval means the determination of the IRB that the research has been reviewed and may be conducted at an institution within the constraints set forth by the IRB and by other institutional and federal requirements.

  • Renewable energy resource means a resource that naturally replenishes over a human, not a geological, time frame and that is ultimately derived from solar power, water power, or wind power. Renewable energy resource does not include petroleum, nuclear, natural gas, or coal. A renewable energy resource comes from the sun or from thermal inertia of the earth and minimizes the output of toxic material in the conversion of the energy and includes, but is not limited to, all of the following:
