Development Consent definition

Development Consent means the consent granted to the Development Application for the Development and includes all modifications made under section 4.55 of the Act.
Development Consent means the decision of the competent authority or authorities which entitles the developer to proceed with the project;
Development Consent has the same meaning as in the Act and means Council’s approval of the Development Application described in Item 3 of the Schedule; “Development Contribution” means the amount of money referred to in Item 5 of the Schedule.
