Development Consent definition

Development Consent means the consent granted to the Development Application for the Development and includes all modifications made under section 4.55 of the Act.
Development Consent means the decision of the competent authority or authorities which entitles the developer to proceed with the project;
Development Consent means the consent granted by the Council to the Development Application for the Development identified in this Planning Agreement including all modifications made under section 4.55 or 4.56 of the Act. Development Contribution means the sum of the Monetary Contribution, Dedicated Land or other Public Benefits (including, without limitation, the works the subject of this Agreement) including any combination of the above. GST has the same meaning as in the GST Law.

Examples of Development Consent in a sentence

  • The Council determined to grant Development Consent to Development Application DA2018/0373 at its meeting of 23 April 2019.

  • Contributions means the monetary Development Contributions required to be paid to the Council under Condition E20<<Contribution Condition Reference>> of the Development Consent DA 2014/114 and Development Consent DA 2022/822 if it is approved by the Council.

  • Approval includes approval, consent, licence, permission or the like and includes, without limitation, a Development Consent and a Part 6 Certificate.

  • Such certification is required to be prepared by a suitably qualified/experienced person and must reference the relevant provisions of the Building Code of Australia, Australian Standards and Development Consent, Construction Certificate or Complying Development Certificate endorsed plans and documentation.

  • B The Development Consent requires the Developer to make the Monetary Contributions for s7.11 Major Roads and Local Roads in accordance with the relevant contributions plans as listed in Condition 20 of DA2014/114.1 (as amended) and the attached Notice of Payment, as updated from time to time.


More Definitions of Development Consent

Development Consent has the same meaning as in the Act and means Council’s approval of the Development Application described in Item 3 of the Schedule; “Development Contribution” means the amount of money referred to in Item 5 of the Schedule.
