Approved App definition

Approved App means a computer programme or software application designed to run on a mobile device such as a smart phone, tablet or watch that has been approved by the Council for the purpose of monitoring parking activity and accepting payment for the use of parking places;
Approved App means a version of a Developer App that Allscripts (i) has deemed to have passed the App Development Requirements and (ii) has indicated in writing to Developer is an Approved App.
Approved App means an integration of a specific version of Clinical Decision Support and Allscripts Sunrise Clinical Manager that Allscripts, in its sole discretion, has approved to be used in conjunction with the Associated Allscripts Software licensed by such Customer.

  • Further, they apply to any content from the developer account displayed in any Approved App Store, including the developer name and the landing page of the listed developer website.

  • In the event that Allscripts collects payment due to Developer in connection with a Client’s or potential Client’s download of an Approved App from the Allscripts website, Allscripts shall deliver such payment, less amounts owed by Developer to Allscripts, to Developer within 60 days of Allscripts’ collection thereof.

  • No provisions shall prohibit, restrict, limit or dissuade any Client (or any of its users) from providing to Allscripts any reviews, concerns, or other feedback regarding any Approved App.

  • If new API calls are added to an Approved App, Phreesia shall re-submit such Approved App to Allscripts for re-testing, and Allscripts may invoice Phreesia for another testing fee in the amount of $2,800.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, no additional fee is due for either (a) re-testing of an Approved App that is modified to address a bug in either the Approved App or the Associated Allscripts Software (as defined in Exhibit G) or (b) continued testing of a Phreesia Product that is modified and re-submitted to Allscripts per Allscripts’ instructions during the testing process described in Article 2 of Exhibit G.

  • Allscripts provides Client no representations, warranties, or promises with respect to any Approved App and nothing in these terms (or elsewhere in the associated agreement(s) between Siemens Healthineers and Client) and nothing else shall create (expressly or by implication or otherwise) any of the foregoing.

  • The Approved App may only be used in conjunction with the Associated Allscripts Software.
