Examples of Approved Courts in a sentence

  • Each of the Parties, in its capacity as an Owner and Operator, consents to and accepts for itself and in respect of its property, generally and unconditionally, the exclusive jurisdiction of the Approved Courts and appellate courts from any appeal thereof, and irrevocably waives any objection which it may now or hereafter have to the jurisdiction of the Approved Courts.

  • Tribal Court means a court with jurisdiction over child custody proceedings and that is either a Court of Indian Offenses, a court established and operated under the code of custom of an Indian tribe or any other administrative body of a tribe that is vested with authority over child custody proceedings.
