Examples of Approved Courts in a sentence
Each of the Parties, in its capacity as an Owner and Operator, consents to and accepts for itself and in respect of its property, generally and unconditionally, the exclusive jurisdiction of the Approved Courts and appellate courts from any appeal thereof, and irrevocably waives any objection which it may now or hereafter have to the jurisdiction of the Approved Courts.
