Courts definition

Courts means the Ontario Court, the Quebec Court and the BC Court.
Courts or “Trial Court(s)” means one or more of the fifty-eight (58) superior courts in the California state trial court system.
Courts means the district and, if applicable, federal courts located in the District of Columbia.

Examples of Courts in a sentence

  • In accordance with Section 14 of this Agreement, any action in aid of an injunction sought in connection with Section 4 or 5 above may be brought in the Courts in the State of Colorado, and by execution of this Agreement, Executive irrevocably submits to such jurisdiction.

More Definitions of Courts

Courts means one or more of the superior or appellate courts in the State’s court system.
