Approved Installer definition

Approved Installer means an installer approved by the Parent to design, procure and install PV Systems or Independent Energy Storage Systems on the properties of Host Customers and listed on the Parent’s list of approved installers as of the time of installation of an applicable PV System or Independent Energy Storage Systems.
Approved Installer means a third party installer that has been approved by the applicable Seller in accordance with its policies and procedures, which policies and procedures include a vetting process to ensure that such installer (i) is capable of installing a PV System in a manner comparable to the Sellers, (ii) is licensed and (iii) will comply with all Applicable Laws.
Approved Installer means a person who has been approved by Tracetec to install units in assets of Tracetec’s customers or to deliver units not intended for installation to Tracetec’s customers;
