Permitted Installation definition

Permitted Installation means the activities and the limits to those activities described in Table 1.1.1 of this Permit.

More Definitions of Permitted Installation

Permitted Installation means the activities and the limits to those activities in the production of coated roadstone using gas oil fired dryers and mixing plant to blend asphalt from aggregate, sand, filler, bitumen and other additives. The installation includes all raw material storage and handling operations.
