Approved Locations means locations for franchised vending machines to be approved by a representative of the City Council at the Lagoon Pass public parking lot on the north side of West Beach Boulevard, at the Central West Beach Pavilion in Gulf Place, at the Bathhouse/Public Restrooms in Gulf Place, at the West ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Public Access Bathhouse, at the East Beach Pavilion in Gulf Place, and at such other locations as may be approved by resolutions of the City Council hereinafter adopted.

Approved Locations means (a) the Consignee’s premises, (b) the other locations set forth on Exhibit A hereto, as such Exhibit may be updated or amended from time to time, and (c) the other locations set forth in the Consignee’s request for a Consignment and the related Confirmation.

Examples of Approved Locations in a sentence

• The buildings, improvements, fixtures, and equipment situated at the Approved Location(s).

• The buildings, improvements, fixtures and equipment situated at the Approved Location(s) and identified in Paragraph F and the Final Paragraph of this Agreement.

Approved Locations means the locations listed in Part 1 and Part 2 of Schedule B of the Updated Undertakings;

Approved Locations means each of (i) the “Approved Locations” as defined in the Framework Agreement and (ii) in the case of any Commodities for which a Letter of Credit is issued under the LC Facility Agreement, any location of such Commodities (until, in the case of this clause (ii), the Letter of Credit associated with such Applicable Shipment is drawn for payment to the applicable supplier and/or cancelled or terminated (and returned to the Secured Party) in accordance with the LC Facility Agreement and all reimbursement obligations and other Obligations associated with such Letter of Credit are repaid in full in accordance with the LC Facility Agreement).
