Approved Rating Agency definition

Approved Rating Agency means any of Fitch Investors Services, Inc., Standard & Poor's Ratings Group, Xxxxx'x Investor Service, Inc. or Duff and Xxxxxx Credit Rating Co.

Approved Rating Agency shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 2.11 of the Funding Agreement.
