Note Rating Agency definition

Note Rating Agency means, with respect to any Outstanding Series, Class or Tranche of Notes, each statistical note rating agency selected by the Issuer to rate such Notes.
Note Rating Agency has the meaning specified in the Indenture.
Note Rating Agency means Standard & Poor’s or Fitch.

  • Such representations and warranties shall not be waived by any of the parties to this Terms Document unless the Issuer has obtained written confirmation from each Note Rating Agency that there will be no Ratings Effect with respect to such waiver.
