Approved Technical Environment shall have the meaning set forth in Exhibit B, at the Location. 1.2 “Current Release” means the most recent version of the Programs generally released to Provider’s licensees of the Program. 1.3 “Maintenance Fee” means the amount to be paid by User to Provider for the services set forth in Exhibit C attached hereto and made a part hereof. 1.4 “New Release” shall mean new versions of the Programs or modules thereof, licensed to User which may be developed by Provider and which are provided to Provider’s licensees of the Programs upon their official release, at no additional cost. 1.5 “Supported Releases” shall mean the Current Release and the immediate two previous versions of the Program following general release of the Current Release to Provider’ licensees. 1.6 “Update” shall mean revisions and error corrections to the Program which may be introduced by Provider and which are provided to Provider’s licensees of the Program upon their official release, at no additional cost. 1.7 "Location" shall mean a room or rooms where each unit of the approved computer is installed and run by the client, whether in centralized configuration, or in a distributed configuration. 1.8 “Documentation” shall mean any and all information, instructions, documents provided by Provider to the User, including those provided before signing hereof, which relate to the use of the Program by the User.
