Pneumatic tire means every tire in which compressed air is designed to support the load.
Aquatic life means all fish, reptiles, amphibians, crayfish, mussels, mollusks, and crustaceans.
Attenuation block means a block or stack, having dimensions 20 centimeters by 20 centimeters by 3.8 centimeters, of type 1100 aluminum alloy or other materials having equivalent attenuation.
Aquatic plant means a plant, including the roots, which typically floats on water or requires water for its entire structural support, or which will desiccate outside of water.
High global warming potential hydrofluorocarbons means any hydrofluorocarbons in a particular end use for which EPA's Significant New Alternatives Policy (SNAP) program has identified other acceptable alternatives that have lower global warming potential.
