Arbitrage Rebate Fund definition

Arbitrage Rebate Fund means the fund by that name established pursuant to the Second Resolution.
Arbitrage Rebate Fund means the fund so designated, created and established pursuant to the Resolution.
Arbitrage Rebate Fund means the fund so designated, created and established pursuant to Section 5.02 hereof.
