Rebate Fund definition

Rebate Fund means the fund so designated in, and created pursuant to, Section 502 hereof.

Rebate Fund means the fund so defined in and established pursuant to the Tax Exemption Certificate.

Examples of Rebate Fund in a sentence

Any moneys deposited in the Rebate Fund that do not constitute Proceeds may be invested without yield restriction, and any earnings on such moneys are not subject to the Rebate Requirement.
