State Fund definition

State Fund means a component of the Settlement Fund described in subsection VIII.D.
State Fund. The component of the Settlement Fund described in Section V.C.
State Fund and ‘state fund account’ means the funds appropriated by the General Assembly of South Carolina for the CAP, provided to BDC as custodian for the State of South Carolina, and deposited by BDC into one or more interest‑bearing trust accounts maintained by it as custodian for the State of South Carolina.

  • Class Members agree not to file a lawsuit in any court alleging any of the Released Claims, or participate as a party or a class member in any administrative or other legal proceedings, in any forum, against State Fund or the Released Parties, for any Released Claims under this Settlement Agreement.

  • As soon as practicable after execution of this Settlement Agreement, Xxxxxxxx Counsel and Xxxxxx Counsel shall, with the assistance and cooperation of State Fund and its counsel, take all necessary steps to secure the Court’s Final Approval of this Settlement Agreement.


More Definitions of State Fund

State Fund means the State Compensatory Afforestation Fund established by each State under sub-section (1) of section 4;
State Fund means, as applicable, the Clean Water State Revolving Fund, the Wastewater Treatment Fund, the 1992 Wastewater Treatment Fund, the Stormwater Management and Combined Sewer Overflow Abatement Fund, the 1992 Dam Restoration and Clean Water Trust Fund, the 2003 Dam, Lake and Stream Project Revolving Loan Fund, the 2003 Water Resources and Wastewater Treatment Fund or the Water Supply Fund as defined in and as established pursuant to the applicable Bond Act.
