Arbitral Award definition

Arbitral Award has the meaning given to that term in Condition 60.2;

Arbitral Award means any decision of the arbitral tribunal on the substance of the dispute submitted to it and includes any interim, interlocutory or partial arbitral award.

More Definitions of Arbitral Award

Arbitral Award shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 46.4.4.
