If the arbitrators selected by the parties fail to agree on the third arbitrator within thirty (30) days of the appointment of the second arbitrator, the third arbitrator shall be selected by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its then existing rules. The impartial arbitrator shall set a time for hearing within sixty (60) days of his/her selection.
