Archaeological Activities definition

Archaeological Activities means activities conducted by a Registered Professional Archaeologist (RPA).
Archaeological Activities. The conduct of archaeological activities on the Property, including without limitation survey, excavation, and artifact retrieval, may occur only following the submission pf an archaeological field investigation plan prepared by the Grantor and approved in writing by the Grantee and the State Archaeologist of the Massachusetts Historical Commission (M.G.L. C. 9, Sec. 27C, 950 C.M.R. 70.00).
