Restricted Activities definition

Restricted Activities means and includes the following:

Restricted Activities means those activities described in Section 10 of this Agreement.

Restricted Activities for purposes of this Agreement, shall mean executive, managerial, directorial, administrative, strategic, business development or supervisory responsibilities and activities relating to all aspects of residential real estate ownership, management, residential real estate franchising, and residential real estate joint-venturing.

Restricted Activities is defined in Section 2.1.

Restricted Activities means serving as a director, officer, executive, manager, employee or business consultant for a commercial or retail bank, savings association, mutual thrift, credit union, trust company, securities brokerage or insurance agency.

"Competing Enterprise," for purposes of this Agreement, shall mean any person, corporation, partnership, venture or other entity which (a) is a publicly traded real estate investment trust, or (b) is engaged in the business of managing, owning, leasing or joint venturing residential real estate within 30 miles of residential real estate owned or under management by the Company or its affiliates. "Restricted Activities," for purposes of this Agreement, shall mean executive, managerial, directorial, administrative, strategic, business development or supervisory responsibilities and activities relating to all aspects of residential real estate ownership, management, residential real estate franchising, and residential real estate joint-venturing.
