Area of Primary Responsibility definition

Area of Primary Responsibility means the Unit to which an Employee has been assigned by the Company for purposes of calculating the Employee's Unit Performance Bonus.
Area of Primary Responsibility or "APR"). Except as specified in the preceding sentence, this franchise is nonexclusive.

  • The criteria used for determining the boundaries of the Area of Primary Responsibility may include: the size of the population base; the number of households; the density of the population base; the growth and development trends of the population base; the affluence of the population base; and/or major and restricting topographical features which clearly define a contiguous area, such as rivers, mountains, major freeways, and underdeveloped land areas.

  • This restriction shall apply to competing businesses operating (a) within DEALER's Area of Primary Responsibility, and (b) within a geographical area of One Hundred (100) miles from the boundary of DEALER's Area of Primary Responsibility.

  • However, Franchisee is strictly prohibited from Actively Promoting its franchise business outside of its Area of Primary Responsibility without the written permission of V2K.

  • The Area of Primary Responsibility is assigned as an exclusive active promotion area, including lead development.

  • Franchisee acknowledges that at the time of execution of this Agreement, and pursuant to its own independent investigation, Franchisee agrees and accepts the Area of Primary Responsibility.

  • Franchisee's Area of Primary Responsibility is set forth in EXHIBIT 1, attached to this Agreement and incorporated herein by reference.
