Corporate Social Responsibility definition

Corporate Social Responsibility means Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as defined in Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Companies Corporate Social Responsibility Policy) Rules, 2014;
Corporate Social Responsibility means and includes but is not limited to :-
Corporate Social Responsibility means an activity carried out by an Authorised Person on its own initiative and cost to promote its profile in Timor-Leste including social and cultural activities, sports and other types of contributions towards local community development and well-being;

Corporate Social Responsibility or “CSR” shall mean the activities intended to be taken up as mentioned herein to achieve and further the Company’s vision.
Corporate Social Responsibility generally means and includes but it is not limited to:

Corporate Social Responsibility or “CSR” means the activities undertaken by a Company in pursuance of its statutory obligation laid down in section 135 of the Act, but shall not include the following:
Corporate Social Responsibility means the requirements referred to in Schedule 4 of this Agreement;
