Corporate Social Responsibility definition

Corporate Social Responsibility means Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as defined in Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Companies Corporate Social Responsibility Policy) Rules, 2014;

Corporate Social Responsibility generally means and includes but it is not limited to:
Corporate Social Responsibility means an activity carried out by an Authorised Person on its own initiative and cost to promote its profile in Timor-Leste including social and cultural activities, sports and other types of contributions towards local community development and well-being;
