Armored Carrier definition

Armored Carrier means one or more armored carriers that Client and Xxxxx Fargo have contracted with for purposes of delivering monies to, and retrieving monies from the Covered Machines.
Armored Carrier means each of the entities that have executed Exhibit B herein, with whom you have entered into contracts to supply each ATM with currency and/or any other armored carrier that replaces any of the foregoing carrier(s), subject, however, to our prior written consent.
Armored Carrier means each of Brinks, Inc.; Madison Armored Carrier; Mt. Vernon Money Center Corp.; Loomis, Fargo & Co.; Bantek West, Inc.; PSI Armored; and Premium Armored Services, with whom you have entered into contracts to supply each ATM with currency.

  • Armored Carrier acknowledges that it will not at any time commingle the Cash with any other funds it is holding or transporting; provided, that the holding of Cash in an armored vehicle or vault with other funds shall not constitute commingling of the Cash with other funds so long as the Cash shall remain segregated and separately identified from such other funds at all times.

  • The policy shall insure against claims for personal injury, bodily injury (including death), and property damage occurring on or about the site of any Services following the date of the Agreement by reason of, or as a result of, the negligent acts or omissions of Armored Carrier or any of its employees, agents or contractors.

  • If any Services are to be performed by Armored Carrier in North Dakota, Ohio, Washington, West Virginia or Wyoming, Armored Carrier shall purchase, in each of the aforementioned states in which Armored Carrier will be performing Services, (i) Workers’ Compensation in the State Fund established by each such state, and (ii) Stop Gap coverage providing Employer’s liability coverage in each such state.

  • Armored Carrier shall have no rights or obligations under the Contract Cash Solutions Agreement.

  • If any class of employees providing any services under the Agreement is not protected by the Workers’ Compensation statute, Armored Carrier shall provide special insurance for the protection of such employees not otherwise protected that is similar to the coverage required above.

  • At no time shall Client be given access to the Cash held by Armored Carrier, nor shall Armored Carrier give Client access to the Cash held in any Covered Machine.

  • This letter agreement when executed and delivered shall constitute the valid and binding obligation of Armored Carrier.

  • The Cash shall not be commingled with any other cash in the possession, custody or control of Armored Carrier.

  • Contract carrier means any person who, under special and individual contracts or agreements, and

  • rail carrier ’ means a person providing common carrier railroad transportation for compensation, but does not include street, suburban, or interurban electric railways not operated as part of the general system of rail transportation;

  • Carrier means a person engaged in the transportation of passengers or property by land or water as a common, contract, or private carrier, or by civil aircraft.

  • Contract Manufacturer means a company that produces goods under contract for another company under the label or brand name of that company.

The CABS document is published by Telcordia in Volumes 1, 1A, 2, 3, 3A, 4 and 5 as Special Reports SR-OPT-001868, SR-OPT-0011869, SR-OPT-001871, SR-OPT- 001872, SR-OPT-001873, SR-OPT-001874, and SR-OPT-001875, respectively, and contains the recommended guidelines for the billing of access and other connectivity services. Sprint’s carrier access billing system is its Carrier Access Support System (CASS). CASS mirrors the requirements of CABS.

  • U.S.-flag air carrier means an air carrier holding a certificate under 49 U.S.C. Chapter 411.

  • U.S. Air Carrier means any United States air carrier that is a Citizen of the United States holding an air carrier operating certificate issued pursuant to chapter 447 of title 49 of the United States Code for aircraft capable of carrying 10 or more individuals or 6000 pounds or more of cargo, and as to which there is in force an air carrier operating certificate issued pursuant to Part 121 of the FAA Regulations, or which may operate as an air carrier by certification or otherwise under any successor or substitute provisions therefor or in the absence thereof.

  • Manufacturer means the person or body responsible to the approval authority for all aspects of the type approval process and for ensuring conformity of production. It is not essential that the person or body is directly involved in all stages of the construction of the vehicle which is the subject of the approval process.

  • END USER CUSTOMER LOCATION means the physical location of the premises where an End User makes use of the telecommunications services.

  • Engine Manufacturer means CFM International, Inc.

  • Tobacco product manufacturer means an entity that after the date of enactment of this act directly (and not exclusively through any affiliate) meets 1 or more of the following:

  • Product Manufacturer means the entity that assembles the component parts to manufacture the final Product;

  • Foreign Air Carrier means any air carrier which is not a U.S. Air Carrier and which performs maintenance, preventative maintenance and inspections for the Aircraft, Airframe and/or any Engine or engine to standards which are approved by, or which are substantially equivalent to those required by, the Federal Aviation Administration, the Civil Aviation Authority of the United Kingdom, the Direction Generale de l'Aviation Civile of the French Republic, the Luftfahrt Bundesamt of the Federal Republic of Germany, the Rijflauchtraatdienst of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, the Ministry of Transportation of Japan or the Federal Ministry of Transport of Canada (and any agency or instrumentality of the applicable government succeeding to the functions of any of the foregoing entities).

  • Satellite Manufacturer means, with respect to any Satellite, the prime contractor and manufacturer of such Satellite.

  • End User Customer means a third party retail Customer that subscribes to a Telecommunications Service provided by either of the Parties or by another Carrier or by two (2) or more Carriers.

  • Third Party Manufacturer means (i) a Third Party whose primary business is contract manufacturing, or (ii) a Third Party who has a contractual arrangement with Licensee or with a sublicensee of Licensee that includes manufacturing of Client Product and/or Drug Product by such Third Party for Licensee or such sublicensee.

  • air carrier means any air conveyance operating under a valid license for the transportation of passengers for hire.

  • MANUFACTURERS means M/s and shall include their legal representatives, successors, and assigns.
