Terminal Equipment definition

Terminal Equipment means all telephone instruments, including pay telephone equipment, the common equipment of large and small key and PBX systems and other devices and apparatus, and associated wirings, which are intended to be connected electrically, acoustically or inductively to the telecommunication system of the telephone utility.
Terminal Equipment means equipment intended to be connected directly or indirectly to the network termination point of a telecommunications network in order to emit, transmit, or receive telecommunications services;
Terminal Equipment means any apparatus directly or indirectly connected to any network termination point and used for sending, processing or receiving intelligence;

Terminal Equipment means terminal equipment as defined in point (1) of Article 1 of Commission Directive 2008/63/EC1.
