ARR Receivables definition

ARR Receivables means those Receivables identified by the Servicer as requiring a Review by the Asset Representations Reviewer following delivery of a Review Notice.

Examples of ARR Receivables in a sentence

  • The Asset Representations Reviewer will complete the Review of all ARR Receivables within 60 days of receiving access to the Review Materials.

  • On receipt of such notice, the Asset Representations Reviewer will immediately terminate all Tests of such ARR Receivables and the Review of such ARR Receivables will be considered complete (a “Test Complete”).

  • The Servicer will provide the list of ARR Receivables to the Asset Representations Reviewer within 45 days after delivery of the related Review Notice.

  • The Asset Representations Reviewer is not obligated to verify (i) whether the Servicer properly determined that a Review Notice was required or (ii) the accuracy or completeness of the list of ARR Receivables provided by the Servicer.

  • In this case, the related Review Report will indicate a Test Complete for such ARR Receivables and the related reason.

  • Following the delivery of the list of the ARR Receivables and before the delivery of the Review Report by the Asset Representations Reviewer, the Servicer may notify the Asset Representations Reviewer if an ARR Receivable is paid in full by the related Obligor or purchased from the Issuing Entity by the Sponsor, the Depositor or the Servicer according to the Basic Documents.

Related to ARR Receivables

  • Receivables means the Accounts, Chattel Paper, Documents, Investment Property, Instruments and any other rights or claims to receive money which are General Intangibles or which are otherwise included as Collateral.

  • Purchased Receivables means all those accounts, receivables, chattel paper, instruments, contract rights, documents, general intangibles, letters of credit, drafts, bankers acceptances, and rights to payment, and all proceeds thereof (all of the foregoing being referred to as "receivables"), arising out of the invoices and other agreements identified on or delivered with any Invoice Transmittal delivered by Seller to Buyer which Buyer elects to purchase and for which Buyer makes an Advance.

  • Intercompany Receivables means all account, note or loan payables and all advances (cash or otherwise) or any other Extensions of Credit that are receivable by Parent or any of its Subsidiaries (other than the Bank or its Subsidiaries) from the Bank or its Subsidiaries.

  • Receivables Pool means, at any time of determination, all of the then outstanding Receivables transferred (or purported to be transferred) to the Borrower pursuant to the Purchase and Sale Agreement prior to the Termination Date.

  • Net Receivables Pool Balance means, at any time of determination: (a) the aggregate Outstanding Balance of all Eligible Receivables then in the Receivables Pool, minus (b) the Excess Concentration.

  • Schedule of Receivables means the Schedule of Receivables sold and transferred pursuant to this Agreement which is attached hereto as Schedule A.

  • Receivables Fees means distributions or payments made directly or by means of discounts with respect to any participation interest issued or sold in connection with, and other fees paid to a Person that is not a Restricted Subsidiary in connection with, any Receivables Financing.

  • Receivables Fee means distributions or payments made directly or by means of discounts with respect to any accounts receivable or participation interest issued or sold in connection with, and other fees paid to a Person that is not a Restricted Subsidiary in connection with, any Receivables Facility.

  • Accounts Receivable has the meaning set forth in Section 2.01(a).

  • Net Receivables Balance means, at any time, the Eligible Receivables Balance at such time reduced by the aggregate amount by which the Outstanding Balance of all Eligible Receivables of each Obligor and its Affiliates exceeds the Concentration Limit for such Obligor.

  • Purchased Receivable means a Receivable purchased as of the close of business on the last day of a Collection Period by the Servicer pursuant to Sections 4.2, 4.4(c) or 4.7 or repurchased by the Seller or the Servicer pursuant to Section 3.2 or Section 10.1(a).
