  • The Company, at its option, may choose to issue such compensation in the form of equity awards in Ashford Prime or the Operating Partnership, unless and to the extent that receipt of such equity awards would adversely affect the Company’s status as a REIT, in which case, the equity awards shall be limited to equity awards in the Operating Partnership.
