MLP GP definition

MLP GP means any general partner of any MLP and any general partner of the general partner of any MLP.

MLP GP has the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.

• MLP, GP and HOLDINGS will consult in advance on the necessity for, and the timing and content of, any communications to be made to the public and, subject to legal constraints, to the form and content of any application or report to be made to any Governmental Authority that relates to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

More Definitions of MLP GP

MLP GP means any Person, or any successor thereto, in either case which is the sole general partner of an MLP.

MLP GP means (i) the general partner of a MLP and (ii) any direct or indirect Subsidiary of the Borrower that Controls or otherwise owns an interest in the general partner of a MLP.

MLP GP means CVR GP, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.

MLP GP means CPP GP LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.

MLP GP means Westlake Chemical Partners GP LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, the general partner of the MLP.

MLP GP has the meaning set forth in the Recitals of this Agreement.
