Assault Pay definition

Assault Pay. An employee who, while in the performance of their duty, receives bodily injuries resulting from acts of violence, and who, as a result of such injury, would be entitled to benefits under M.G.L. Chapter 152, shall, if entitled under M.G.L. Chapter 30, Section 58, be paid the difference between the weekly cash benefits to which they would be entitled under M.G.L. Chapter 152 and their regular salary without such absence being charged against available sick leave credits, even if such absence may be for less than six

Examples of Assault Pay in a sentence

  • Assault Leave and Assault Pay shall be administered pursuant to the provisions of Article Forty Six (46) of the Agreement.

Related to Assault Pay

  • Extra Premium means an additional amount charged by Us, as per Our Underwriting Policy, which is determined on the basis of disclosures made by You in the Proposal Form or any other information received by Us including medical examination report of the Life Insured.

  • Delay Payments means the amounts payable by the Supplier to the Customer in respect of a delay in respect of a Milestone as specified in the Implementation Plan;
