Assessment of vocational rehabilitation needs means that part of the assessment for determining eligibility and vocational rehabilitation needs described in 34 CFR 361.5(b)(6)(ii).
Vocational rehabilitation services means the unit of vocational rehabilitation established in IC 12-12-1-2(2) as a unit of the rehabilitation services bureau in DDRS.

Rehabilitation Hospital means an Institution which mainly provides therapeutic and restorative services to Sick or Injured people. It is recognized as such if:
Child in need of services means (i) a child whose behavior, conduct or condition presents or results
Enrollee point-of-service cost-sharing or "cost-sharing" means amounts paid to health carriers directly providing services, health care providers, or health care facilities by enrollees and may include copayments, coinsurance, or deductibles.
