Asset Documents definition

Asset Documents means the documents in the related Asset File to be delivered to the Custodian.

  • To the extent provided in the applicable Asset Documents, all such policies shall be endorsed with standard mortgagee clauses (if applicable) with loss payable to the Issuer, and shall be in an amount sufficient to avoid the application of any co-insurance clause.

More Definitions of Asset Documents

Asset Documents means, with respect to an Underlying Mortgage Loan or Underlying REO Property, each of the documents comprising the Asset File for such Underlying Mortgage Loan or Underlying REO Property, as applicable, as more fully set forth in the Custodial Agreement.
Asset Documents means the agreements and documents through which the rights to conduct Petroleum Operations and all other rights related to the development and exploitation of the Contract Area are derived, including, but not limited to, the Contract, the Agreement and the Initial Agreement.
