Asset Monitor definition

Asset Monitor means BDO Italia S.p.A., acting in its capacity as asset monitor, or any other entity that may be appointed as such pursuant to the Asset Monitor Agreement.

Asset Monitor means BDO Italia S.p.A., acting as such pursuant to the engagement letter entered into with the Issuer on or about 30 July 2008 and the Asset Monitoring Agreement;
