Engagement Letter definition
Engagement Letter means that certain Engagement Letter, dated as of June 18, 2015, by and among the Borrower and the Arrangers.
Engagement Letter has the meaning attributed to such term in the recitals of this Agreement.
Engagement Letter means the engagement letter entered into between you and us agreeing the Services and the terms on which the Services will be provided incorporating these Terms;
Examples of Engagement Letter in a sentence
Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, the engagement letter between the Company and the Placement Agent, dated January 17, 2026 (the “Engagement Letter”) shall continue to be effective and the terms therein shall continue to survive and be enforceable by the Placement Agent in accordance with its terms, provided that, in the event of a conflict between the terms of the Engagement Letter and this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.
The Placement Agent’s engagement hereunder will be until the earlier of (i) twelve (12) months after the date of the Engagement Letter (as defined below), or (ii) the Closing of the offering (the “Term”).

Engagement Letter means the letter agreement dated as of April 28, 2014 among the Borrower, the Arranger and the Administrative Agent, as amended and modified.
Engagement Letter means the letter agreement, dated as of February 8, 2022 among the Borrower and the Arranger.
Engagement Letter means that certain Engagement Letter dated as of May 25, 2017, among the Arrangers and the Borrower, as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
