Engagement Letter definition
Engagement Letter means that certain Engagement Letter, dated as of June 18, 2015, by and among the Borrower and the Arrangers.
Engagement Letter has the meaning attributed to such term in the recitals of this Agreement.

Examples of Engagement Letter in a sentence
Notwithstanding anything therein to the contrary, the Engagement Letter is hereby automatically terminated, and no provision therein shall survive such termination, without any further act by any party thereto, upon the execution of this Agreement.
This Agreement supersedes any and all prior oral or written agreements relating to the subject matter hereof, except for the fee provisions in Section 1(i) of the Engagement Letter.
