Asset Ratio definition

Asset Ratio means, with respect to any repurchase of Shares in accordance with Section 8.05(g) at any time, the Class I-A AG Asset Ratio, the Class I-A Spectacor Asset Ratio, the Class I-B Asset Ratio or the Class II Asset Ratio, as the context may require.
Asset Ratio means, as of the date of any determination (i) the principal amount of all Loans outstanding hereunder, divided by (ii) the sum of (a) the PV-10 Value of all Oil and Gas Properties of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries and (b) the Fair Market Value of all undeveloped acreage owned by the Borrower and its Subsidiaries.
Asset Ratio means at any time the ratio of (a) the sum of amounts due with respect to Gross Accounts Receivable plus cash and Cash Equivalents to (b) Consolidated Senior Funded Debt.
