Asset Securitisation Subsidiary definition
Asset Securitisation Subsidiary means any Subsidiary engaged solely in the business of effecting or facilitating any asset securitisation programme or programmes or one or more receivables factoring transactions.
Asset Securitisation Subsidiary means any Subsidiary of the Company or any Subsidiary of any Permitted Affiliate Parent or any other member of the Group, as applicable, engaged solely in the business of effecting or facilitating any asset securitisation programme or programmes or one or more receivables factoring transactions.
Asset Securitisation Subsidiary means any Subsidiary of the Ziggo Parent or any other member of the Bank Group, as applicable engaged solely in the business of effecting or facilitating any asset securitisation programme or programmes or one or more receivables factoring transactions.
