Asset Set definition

Asset Set or “Set of Assets” shall mean the different set of assets, which are congregated into four categories on the basis of manner of sale as provided in Regulation 32 of the Liquidation Regulations and which are being sold pursuant to this Memorandum and in accordance with the advice of the SCC received in its 14th meeting;
