Asset Transferors definition

Asset Transferors means the entities transferring Assets to Versum or Air Products, as the case may be, or one of their respective Subsidiaries in order to consummate the transactions contemplated hereby.

Asset Transferors means the entities transferring Assets to SpinCo Group or Parent Group, as the case may be, in order to consummate the transactions contemplated hereby.
